2. Missouri law does have something to say, and it is about your claim

There is one Missouri statute that reaches almost every hail job in the state, and most homeowners have never heard of it. RSMo 407.725, effective 2014, governs how a contractor may behave on insurance-funded work. Three things it addresses:
